What happens if it rains on the day of my reservation?
Panama has a tropical climate, and rain is common during the rainy season from May to December. Don’t worry, a little rain won’t affect the tour—it can even add a special touch to the scenery. We continue with the tour in light rain as long as there are no thunderstorms. Your safety is our priority. Plus, it often rains in the city, but by the time we reach Gatun Lake, the rain has stopped. We’re fully prepared for any weather, so you’ll enjoy the tour no matter what!
Is there a lot of wave activity during the boat ride?
No, not at all. It’s a boat ride on the largest artificial lake in Panama, created for the Panama Canal. The waters are very calm, making it ideal for all ages. We also have comfortable docks for boarding, and the lake is very safe.

Do we pass through the Panama Canal locks on this tour?
No, we don't pass through the locks. Our adventure takes place in Gatun Lake, after the locks, where we sail alongside large ships traversing the canal. A great complement to this tour is visiting the Miraflores Visitor Center to complete a unique Panama Canal experience.
